Ask: How many computers can be registered by one Registration Code ?Answer: This is based on the license-number of registration code, if your registration code is single-user license, it can register one computer, 5 users license can register 5 computers, 10 users license can register 10 computers and by analogy to others.
Ask: Prompt me the registered computers has over maximum license number, how to do ?Answer: There have two ways: 1. You may deregister one registered computer. it will be able to register new computer after deregistration, but deregistered computer will not be licensed to use and cannot continue to live update. 2. If you do not want to deregister other computer, you need to purchase a new registration code for new computer.
Ask: My software became to deregistered status after my hardware changed, why ?Answer: Because our registration system based on the computer ID, and the computer ID is come from hardware of your computer, so, the computer ID will change as long as your hardware changed, once the computer ID changed, our registration system will adjudge it is a new computer, so the registration status changed. the details about the computer ID, you may view What is computer ID
You may re-register to solve this problem, if the error message of Registered computers over licenses occurred, you only need to deregister one computer and complete to register this computer. This is natural, please you do not worry about that, the registration code cannot be invalidation, we will make sure the registration code is available in this case.
