Virus Alert

The Twister Anti-TrojanVirus will popup a alert dialog box as following when a trojan, virus or other harmful programs is found, and their infection action will be blocked in the same time for preventing them to destroy your system.

  • Subject: The subject is very important, it will indicate the reason about alert and it may not be harmful. For example, if the subject is "Found Virus" means the virus found, this can make sure it is harmful; but if it is "Immunity Damaged" means your Virus Immunity has enabled and the immunized data changed, and maybe this is not harmful.
  • Filename: The name of the infected file.
  • Name: The name of the trojans or viruses.
  • Status: The status of action. If it is "Waiting for actions" means it has not been dealt with, it will show the action if it has been dealt with, for example: Cleaned, Deleted, Reimmunized etc actions.
  • Description: A simple recommendation or description for current alert.
  • Auto clean at next time: The option When a trojan virus is found will be automatically set to "Auto Clean" in Options panel after this option enabled.
  • Clean: To clean current infected file.
  • Rename: To rename current infected file, the file name will be changed to xxx.vir.
  • Close: To close current alert dialog box. If following "Total Alerts" over 1, this button will be changed to "Next", click it will show the next alert notification.
  • Total Alerts: The count of alerts. If there have more than one trojan or virus found at same time, this will list the total number of alerts. You may click Next button to view the details about the next, and it will also automatically go to next if you click Clean or Rename button. In that case, this value will be decreased.

    • Tips: You may click Close button in up right corner to close all of alerts at one time.
