Title to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all copies thereof remains with the FILSECLAB. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and manual are copyrighted and are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You may not remove the copyright notice from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

NO WARRANTIES - The FILSECLAB EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.

In no event shall The FILSECLAB be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT, EVEN IF FILSECLAB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO CASE SHALL FILSECLAB'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SOFTWARE. The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept the Software.
