How to register after getting registration code

1. Open the Filseclab Software Registration program first. You may open it from: Start -> Programs -> Filseclab -> Filseclab Software Registration. The frame as following:

3. You need to fill out your name, E-mail address and registration code, and pay attention to following rules.

A. The register need to connect the Internet, so your computer must be connected to Internet before register. You may test it using IE to open http://www.filseclab.com , if it can be opened successfully, then the Internet has no problem. If firewall program installed on you computer, you had better pause it or make an rule to grant this program, otherwise it may be blocked by firewall.

B. You need to fill out your real name in the Fullname column, this is an identification information for after service.

C. The E-mail address must be correct and available, otherwise, you may not receive our support email. for more safety, you may fill out two E-mail address, ';' as separator.

D. Entering registration code need to note: In order to avoid manual error, we recommend using Copy and Paste. The registration code will be attached in the email or be displayed on webpage, you may drag mouse and select it, click right-button and click "Copy" and "Paste" it to Registration Code column.

If you want to manual enter it, please pay attention to the following rules:
1. The length of Regcode is 24 bytes, includes 4 separator characters, you must enter them all.
2. The Regcode must not contain the character O, only contains the number 0, please note this.
3. Recheck it after entering.

Click Register button to start register after entering If register successfully, the similar as following frame will be shown. If failed, please view Error Message of Registration

All kinds of success message.

A. If the registered program is running after register succeed, the similar as following message will be popped up.

Click Yes, the registered program will be reopened for letting the registration code can take effect. Click No, before the registration code can take effect, you must exit the registered program and reopen it.

B. If the registered program is not running after register succeed, the similar as following message will be popped up.

At this time, once you open the registered program, the registration code will take effect.

C. If your registered program is Filseclab Internet Guardian Angel, The message will request you restart your computer or reopen new web browser. The picture as following:

Click Yes, the registered program will be reopened for letting the registration code can take effect. Click No, before the registration code can take effect, you must exit the registered program and reopen it.

Must be note, Filseclab Internet Guardian Angel's main program and filter program is independent, main program knows registered, but maybe filter program do not know. and the filter program is loaded by web browser, so, you need to close all opened web browser and open new, the filter program just know it has been registered. if your OS is Windows95/98/NT, you must also restart your computer.

D. Register successfully, but your current software is too old. the picture as following:

This program occurs because your current installed software is too old. For example: If your Filseclab Internet Guardian Angel is 2.0, but your Filseclab Software Registration is 3.0, because 3.0 of registration format is not same as 2.0, although it tells you register successfully, but Filseclab Internet Guardian Angel 2.0 cannot use the new registration format. so, you need to upgrade the Filseclab Internet Guardian Angel to higher version.

Click Yes, the program will open Filseclab LiveUpdate and let you to upgrade. You may also directly download the new setup package from download websites to update it, or download it from our website at http://www.filseclab.com .
